Hmm I once was in a similar situation, it would be a long wait but I promised I would wait because it would be worth it. Much later I found out she had moved on and found someone else. It hurt terribly for a while, but in the end I wasn't bitter or anything, I'm ok as long as she is happy. I pray that what you feel now is the extent of your pain Chooby.superch00b wrote:
Hmm I have a girlfriend who lived about 40 mins away from me. She pretty much has the exact same tastes, hobbies as me and we seemed to be a perfect match. However recently, her younger sister was diagnosed with liver cancer. She had to move to another country so her sister could get the appropriate medical treatment for her cancer. I can't actually read the emails we used to send to each other without tearing up.. ;_;
I made her a promise once to teach her how to sail, but now I won't be able to fulfill that promise. It wasn't much but that promise meant a lot to me :'s Chances are that I'm never going to see her again.

I found out that I have to learn some basic C++ this semester, even though I'm not a Comp Sci major. FML.
Then again, my dad had to take a FORTRAN class and he was a Political Science major, so I suppose that this sort of thing isn't a gigantic anomaly or anything, though you'd think it would be a simpler language they'd make me learn.

My aim has been off all day so last night's scrims with my team went poorly. Failed my driving test today on a technicality, and due to how "busy" our DMV is I have to wait until Sept. 17th to retake it, though I could pass it right now at this very moment. This also delays me from seeing this really great girl for at least 1 month, I already haven't seen her since the early summer. And lastly I watched 7 Pounds today, that made me cry, really good movie.
