Can anyone pls watch this ? Like how dahell can I miss those circles. I mean uh I don't find it really that fast but am I tapping too fast or what? I keep missing. I don't think its my tablet or settingss xdd. is it the settings ? some delay?

Yes, you're aiming and tapping too fast, not really a technical issue here.
