Sup all. This is the first beatmap I've done for Osu! It took me about two days to make my mind up about the placement of the markers and sliders, but now I've finally finished it. I hope you like it, though. The song is the first OP of the anime Claymore. Hope I didn't do too bad. =|

I only did half of the song because it's a bit long.

Echo49: fixed link and title (typo)

Finished off the song, remapped a few markers, adjusted the sliders, reset the BPM, set the offset, removed impossible sliders, and beatsnapped everything over... Check it out =D

Some very good parts in there!

First things first: your BPM is too fast, try 123.04, with offset at 4140, resnapping at 1/4 division. You will also need to fix slider lengths after you do this. Also, use a more standard difficulty rating, such as "Normal" =D

I've fixed the above things in the attached osu file.

A few minor details for you to decide:
Most importantly, at 0:47.8 and 1:21, the sliders are technically unhittable. Never put make slider start at the same moment at slider ends.

At 0:44, you should visually show that the 4 a quarter beat earlier, either by moving it closer to the 3 or stacking it under the 3.
At 1:27, the 4 seems to be a bit too close to the 3. A player should be able to rely on the distance between notes to tell when to hit it, at least to some degree.

Finally, at 0:37, I advise not to put that 3 where it is unless it's absolutely necessary.

Seems like a really fun beatmap, fix these and it should be ready for ranking!

Thanks for all the advice! I'll definitely fix it tomorrow. I've had all these ideas swimming around in my head but not enough time to apply them. Gonna go gave a bitofun with my pillow, though.

I'll also move the markers around a bit instead of keeping all of the stacks I have.

Are you sure you resnapped everything when you changed the BPM and offset. Because I see the notes aren't snapped to a 1/4 divisor. Maybe you had 1/8 when you resnapped.

Also, check the length of your sliders, because some of them have a tick almost before the end of it (One example is the slider at 0:24). To correct this, you can use the "recalculate slider lengths option.

I think you should first see this.

Cya!

Thanks Extor! That's what I get for not double-checking. Resnapped to a 1/4 grid, readjusted sliders, and mixed up a few chains for better judgement. Enjoy!

Its way better now. You can go ahead and make an easier version.
