Are you sure that the offset is right? I usually put it with a normal number instead of a negative one, explain that later.
The BPM's good.
Start a Kiai mode in 00:55:197 and end it in 01:01:971, same for 01:18:422 to 01:25:438 (I dunno if it's allowed to end a Kiai mode in a red tick), 01:33:906 to 01:46:003, 01:49:390 to 02:11:890 (probably). I hear a possible Kiai mode in thos parts... of course, that's only a suggestion.

It kinda seems that you ignored what I said about the Kiai mode. It's not allowed to start the Kiai mode on the places you putted, you can only start the Kiai mode on the big white ticks, meaning, in the place where I told you to put up the Kiai modes. Keep the last one... I like it . I know I said suggestion, but that meant if you wanted to add a Kiai mode or not...
Sorry if I'm being harsh, but that's what the rules say.
