Forced Proportions or not?

I've heard from a few people that I should force tablet proportions; however, by doing so, my horizontal sensitivity is pretty low and it kinda strains my wrist a bit and my aim became worse. I was wondering whether I should continue forcing proportions or go back to my non-proportioned area?

Force proportions option is useless unless you regulary play on other proportions than the one you use mainly, eg. you would play on your pc on proportions 16:10, and you would also play somewhere else where proportions are different.

You techinally don't have to, but its usually recommended because it makes your tablet and ingame movements 1 to 1, as in moving x amount on your tablet, no matter which direction, will result in moving y amount ingame

some people don't use force proportions, but a big majority do
