I would want more favourite beatmap slots because 100 is far from enough for me. More fav. beatmap slots aren't desired by a groundbreaking amount of people I imagine, but it doesn't take a lot of effort to implement either.
The majority is neutral on the topic since they don't find themselves needing more than 100 slots but there is no group of people that are against more fav. beatmap slots.
