Prefered video quality?

I don't know what video quality to use for beatmaps, anyone here knows? 360p? 480p? 720p?
I know this is properly not where to ask. But I couldn't find anywhere else to go ask.

Hey,

I use FLV 360p for most of my videos (2:00~3:40 minutes long), it works fine. Good luck! (480p for short videos)
