First offset looks to be 240. Other than that your timing sections seem fine.

As expected, couldn't really find anything wrong.

Overall, really good. Just a few nitpicks.

For staters, you could use either a background image or video, or you can make the screen black similar to Alace difficulty.

Normal:

01:03:04 (6) - Place above 5. Line up 7, 8, and 9 accordingly.
01:16:44 (1) - Line up with 10 before it.
01:58:64 (7) - Line up with 5 and 6.
02:48:84 (7) - End 1/2 beat earlier.
02:50:94 (1) - Shift back 1/4 beat, Increase length by 1/4.
02:53:84 (5) - Extend length by 1/4 beat. Distance snap accordingly.

Hard:

2nd offset should be 6,435

00:56:04 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10) - Love the crescendo!

01:04:64 (1) - New combo here isn't necessary.
01:18:04 (6) - Line up with 5.
01:19:64 (9) - New combo here.
01:21:64 (15) - Line up with 14. (7 after new combo above)
02:41:04 (5) - Line up with 4.
03:06:44 (4) - Line up with 3.
