Hello,
I just got my XP-PEN G430S in the mail today, installed the drivers, and started playing osu. It was fine at first, but randomly during gameplay, the tablet will just freeze up and not detect the pen for a few seconds, which 100% of the time results in me failing.

I have tried:
Uninstalling/reinstalling the drivers (from the website)
Plugging it into a different USB port
Closing steam while playing (because apparently that was an issue for some people)
Chaning the position of my play area

Sadly, nothing works. I do have a 4 year warranty for it, so if it's an issue with the tablet, should I send it to get repaired? Or if it's an issue with it on osu, is there anything I can do to fix it?

Video showing the problem: (notice how the light flashes, idk if that helps)

If I'm not mistaken, the light should not be blinking like that.

I found the manual for your tablet here. On page 4 (7 in the pdf) it says a light should blink every 5 seconds while the pen is hovering above the working area, and a blue light should remain active the entire time the pen is touching the working area on your tablet.

I would try contacting XP-Pen's support: https://www.xp-pen.com/support/

From my experience I notice if you accidentally click the buttons on the pen, it can make the tablet stop tracking. You should try to hold your pen differently so you don't press the buttons on it.
