can I "hire" someone to make a map for me?

I was thinking, that I have this song that I'd love to see as a beatmap,
normal difficulty requiered, so myself can complete it :P

and I'd be "paying" in month/months(s) of donation to osu! in the beatmap makers name

Would that be legal?

From reading your question, I am guessing that you want a guest mapper to map you a normal while you do the other diffs? Well as senaya said, it has been done before, many times actually, so feel free to do it. As long as you yourself map at least 2 full diff (there are a few exceptions to this) you are fine.

If you wanted something else, can you please explain? (Still any contract between you and another is probably fine as long as you 2 have an agreement of sorts)

My idea was they did it all, I've got 0 experience with mapping, the "only" requierment was that I pick the song and they make normal difficulty, anything other difficulties, skin, etc. is up to them

If that is the case, the map will be under that mapper's name, but besides that you are free to do so. Just remember, it is a little bit difficult to find someone to map something for anyone else unless you are close friends because it takes a fair amount of time to get something ranked.
