Due to many reasons that are going wrong I am cancelling and moving the whole thing to a different page. I am really sorry it couldn't go the way I planned but I'm hoping to actually have the next one really prepared and I am taking this whole thing as a learning step. The prize pool will be hold on to for the other Tournaments that are going to be carefully planned out so that this doesn't happen again. As I learned having multiple diff ranks together is hard. So my next one is going to be divided into ranks. Each will have their own respective prize pools. My goal was to give an experience of a tournament different from other tournaments and will still be my intention. I will not give up with my goal! I am sorry for taking up your time but I am making sure this doesn't happen again in the future. I will take any judgement with full responsibility. I am open to ideas that you all could throw to me in order for me to insure this embarrassment doesn't happen again. Once again I am sorry for wasting your valuable time!

Is it obligatory to choose mods or not, for the freemod mappool (i assume there will be one).

Obviously not it’s free to chose. But if it’s a certain map from mod list then yes! Just like HR maps need to have HR and so on.
So we can just sign up here?
Also, if something comes up, are we able to drop out/change qualifier with enough notice
(like a week in advance?)

Yes you could give a one week advance notice (preferable make sure you are available to avoid)
And depending on how many sign up that will determine the time. Worst case scenario will be the whole 2 days.

The registrations end 1 week prior to each qualifier. Meanwhile The First Qualifier could be starting The Third and Fourth will still be open to register!
Once Again time varies on when it starts depending on how many register! And this is using Score V2
