It's a Beautiful Skin,
turn Hit lighting on and Background Dim 96,
enable "ignore all beatmaps skins".
It's 52mb big, u can remove scoreboard-bg if u don't want it u can also customize Hitsounds/Cursor etc., there is an extra folder for it.
