[Archived] 4K resolution to 1080p without a small 1/4th of screen box in the centre

Tried every setting... it just doesn't seem to be possible. Result with fhd resolution will always be a small box in the centre of the screen and my laptop can't handle uhd without like 20ms response delay.

Disable "letterboxing" in settings.
