NC/HR sometimes DT when NC doesn't go well, often FL on slow maps and rarely HD. For training I use HT on higher SR maps, with NF.

1. I have been playing Taiko for over 3 1/2 years. (Almost 4 years by the time of this post.)
2. I began my journey as a Taiko player because of some good friends from another online game that I met in the past who introduced me to osu and convinced me to keep improving at the game. Also, part of that inspiration might've been because of two Japanese Taiko Players that I met from their respective Twitch Streams whom I still highly look up to as they gave me the motivation to want to keep improving my skills. They're both perhaps the very reason why I still play Taiko in general and without them I would not be here.
3. I am mainly a KDDK player (Keybinds used to be "dfhj" but I like to tend to use "dfjk" or "sdjk" for better spacing and distance when playing the game.)
4. In reference to the second question, I don't really have just one favourite Taiko Player. There are so many people in this community whom I do still look up to and respect as players. But the people that I would still say have given me the most influence would be asuasu_yura and 1RoHa_.

9. As many people here might've already said this, I would hope to see that from now on, we can see the Taiko Community still keep growing as a whole. I would perhaps like to see some more of a variety of players as well as people from other game modes give Taiko a proper chance whether it's from a Player or Mapper Perspective. Also, more variety of mappers and different music, artists and music genres is also very welcoming to me.

2. I was interested in taiko custom charts while I only played Taiko no Tatsujin on NDS, then I found a taiko simulator named Taiko Sanjiro. Then I noticed some people from Sanjiro community get their music source from a game named 'osu!', and realized that there is a taiko mode in it. That's how I started this game.

My friend partycarft30 introduced osu! to me in Summer 2017. I have never played a rhythm game before and I had started get bored of FPS (genre which i used to mainly play for 7 years). I played standard first since that was the default game mode and I always experienced issues with my mouse sensitivity/grip/etc. I tried the 3 other gamemodes. I decided to play taiko because it looked interesting and unique. I've seen mania in arcades and ctb felt like a minigame (a really hard minigame).
