Can i request a mod that temporarily disable the BG?
I don't want to delete them cause they are too kewt and sometimes playing with it also ligthens up the mood.

Thoughts?

something along the lines of the mapper wants you to use that background and that skin, and that song, and that beatmap, so you are forced to use it.

If you want to disable the background, go make your own game.
