Problem Details: when i play a beatmap the circles dont fit the beat
i uninstalled osu and installed it again and it fixed it for 3hrs or so but now it is back again

Make sure your universal offset is set to 0

smh i keept checking it and it was set to 0 so i thought it has nothing to do with it but it was set to -300ms xd thx
