Hello people of osu! I was playing some Taiko and i was wondering... Why is osu!'s version of Taiko so hard - ~ -. I mean, sure people can do it, but its very challenging to do, even easy taiko maps.. I think people should make Taiko beatmaps 50x easier, cause i just find myself spamming Left and Right clicks, hopefully getting some points .__.

Trying use fj for red notes and dk for blue, it's a nice config, easy to adapt to. And start on slow songs.

Practice makes perfect. Ok, so you're not good at taiko after just 1 month of playing but it's way too early to worry about it, yet.
There might be some good advice here in the forums, or ask someone dedicated to taiko. I'm sure they'll have
lots of good advice for you to follow. I don't play taiko myself, but standard rule for all rythm games is rythm.

It's not osu!'s version of Taiko; I'm pretty sure timing windows are just about the same as in Taiko no Tatsujin.
one thing i've learned is that you need to use the keyboard, makes things easier

meh. If I ever decide to learn taiko, I'm gonna use my mouse clicks in addition to keyboard. I'm sure I'll benefit from it more than most

Personally, I like it being harder than what I'm capable of actually doing. Why? Because I get frustrated and keep playing, in order to somehow eventually get better and beat it.
To be honest, the impossibility of some of the maps that osu! offers, in Taiko, Catch the Beat, normal mode, or whatever, is one of the big attractions of it, for me, at least.
If I found it all really easy, to be honest, I'd get bored very quickly and probably quit playing. Permanently.

I admit, I suck at playing Taiko but when it comes to the arcade version of the game... I'd be getting A's. I do think it's hard for me to play with keyboard (I wanna try using the mouse) but I like the challenge and will continue on playing Taiko till I'm better at it then move on to CTB
I suck at Taiko. Very hard. I get rank A everyday.
I play game modes depending on entertainment value. For me, taiko doesn't offer as much fun or excitement as standard.
