Try doubling it, that'll usually give the results you want.

Um, I'd say it's something like 208, offset 78?

But I'm kinda new at this, so it might be totally wrong. xD

208 bpm, 78 offset sounds perfect (y)

threw the .mp3 into mixing software, it says 208 also

104 would work too. its just cut in half, but you are missing every other beat lulz
