Hi!

I've been playing osu! for quite some time & the thing that bothers me the most is the high frametime (the ms thingy on the bottom-right corner) with a skin online like cookiezi's etc i get +1ms whereas when using a skin like KukiRed & www1.8 i get a decent low frametime (higher fps) <0.90ms which helps a lot especially with HR mod.

I wanna go even further (cuz i have a mid-low end laptop i5-5200U, intel HD5500, 8gb RAM(higher ram is good for integrated gpus))
what i did is

1st: modify drivers 3D settings like so: http://prntscr.com/j9oqaw
2nd: Maximum Performance Power Plan: http://prntscr.com/j9or1d & http://prntscr.com/j9oqso
3rd: basic OS tweaks (using the crappy 10th version of Windows(Miss Windows 7))

now i'm wondering if something can be done in-game besides changing:
1st: changing osu! settings like:
https://osu.ppy.sh/ss/10794621 &
https://osu.ppy.sh/ss/10794627 &
https://osu.ppy.sh/ss/10794632

2nd: A good fps skin(KukiRed/Blue or www1.8 4 example): https://osu.ppy.sh/ss/10794658
3rd: Messing with the game's cfg a bit led me to find this http://prntscr.com/j9owmw

Goal: an even lower frametime. and if someone got some tweak, tip or something similar, I would love to know about it.

EDIT: I'm using a lower resolution 1024x768 instead of the native 1366x768

yea some skins hurt my PC sometimes (not frames but ms) and it sucks

Use a lower resolution.
WinterCore
I play on a 8 year old laptop
Intel Core i3 M330 @2.13GHz with integrated graphics and 2GB RAM at a resolution of 1366x768

I've never had any issues with the game, however sometimes I get random freezes but its very rare.

I have the same settings as you, except for the fps limit, I put it on unlimited which sets it to 240fps max, but it changes to 60 max when playing a map, I don't know the reason behind that.

The delay/ms thingy is around 5ms for me, playing with HD helps a lot.

I don't think there's anything more you could do to get better fps.

I get tons of issues on maps like aspire the small reverse sliders at the beginning completely freeze my laptop.
