can anyone help me with making the hitcircles rainbow colored, i have downloaded the skin that -gn uses in that video but i cant make it work

have you read the description?
CTRL+O -> Skin -> Open current skin folder

yes i know that the hitcircles are in the "hitcircles4" folder, but i dont know how to add them. should i just put them out of the folder or what.

yes, put them to the main folder and use CTRL+SHIFT+ALT+S
and make sure that HitCirclePrefix in skin.ini is matching
