http://osu.ppy.sh/s/41145 is my map and I would like to make a hard that is somewhere between the Normal and the Insane. But Im stumped about how do it. Any suggestions or help?

Are you good at Insanes? [Hard] diffs should be similar to insanes in rhythm, but with a shorter spacing and a slower sliderspeed. When the rhythm in the [Insane] gets too fast ( Example: 2 measures full of 1/2 notes with over 150 BPM), it's not a bad idea to merge some rhythms with sliders, specially if you're using tick rate 2 in the [Hard]. By example, if on the Insane you mapped a phrase that says "(I) (know) (ex)(ac)(tly) (what) (I) (want) (and) (who) (I) (want) (to) (be)", wich each "()" being a circle, it's not a bad idea to merge the "exactly" into just one slider, or the "what I want"/"who I want to be" into a 1/2 repeat slider.
· [Easy] diffs depend a lot on what you've mapped for the rest of the mapset. How hard is the normal you mapped? And the rest of the spread? For difficulty, there's not a real guideline I can tell you. I do can suggest you some tips to make the [Easy] as easy as possible. Avoid any kind of stacks or overlaps to not confuse the new players, repeat sliders longer than 1 repeat that are too short in time might be confusing too. Keeping the patterns clear and repeating them, or doing any kind of symmetry helps a lot the newbies read the patterns, they go "Oh! I've done this before!", just AVOID AT ALL COSTS to overdo the same pattern much.
· If the [Normal] you're mapping is NOT the easiest diff of the set, you can ignore the guidelines I mentioned avobe. [Normal] diffs can be a pain in the ass if you don't know what you're doing or what to map to, you pretty much have to start mapping until the first chorus like if it was a VERY easy hard and testplay, if you're around 4.5 stars, you'll have to remake the patterns you've done so far easier. If you're around 4.0 stars, your [normal] will be near 3.5 stars if you keep that way, but you'll still have to make the chorus a tad more easy than what you've done so far (and that's not very nice). if you go under 3.75 don't worry, you're good to go.
Now, as for what to map to, you'll have to either "overmap the easy" or "undermap the Hard", so you'll have some sections that had tons of 1/2s full of sliders or repeat sliders, though don't overdo them either.
As for sliderspeed, just use any sliderspeed between the one in [Hard] and the one in [Easy] (if there is one). It should be closer to [Hard] if the circlesize you're using in [Normal] is as large as the one in [Hard], and it should be closer to [Easy] if the circlesize used in normal is the same as the one used in [Hard]
