How much exactly is your budget?
If it's high enough then going to the tropics would be a great change.
Countries like Singapore I would suggest. (You could go here too, but frankly even I think it's too dangerous here.)
If your budget isn't that high then perhaps somewhere in Europe. I heard the entire area is starting to have an economic recession, so prices are cheaper.
Japan is also a possibility. I heard rates there are halved or something due to recent events, which people are making an anthill into a mountain for.
