You have way to long combos at some places, and your spacing is a bit off:
00:10:829 for example features three notes that have the same spacing with separate timings, which can be confusing.

At 00:18:003 the spacing between the slider and the notes after are also alittle weird. 00:21:394, same thing there with the notes 12 - 15 being alright but 16/17 changing timing but maintaining the same spacing. And yeah: An example of your long comboes: 51 notes at 00:30:220. Usually 16-17 is acceptable on insanes.

00:43:307: Move the new combo there to 00:44:872 instead at the start of that slider.

Looks good other then that, also, make srue to add break times later as the song seems quite long.

Also; Having a background image is mandatory for the beatmap to be ranked.
