We have the ability to disable video's in the osu options, I think disabling pictures should become available aswell.
Please dont come with "you can just delete the picture file in the folder!", u can do the same with videos, but yet there is an option to disable it.
Thought?

How sad. Guess ill just have to continue deleting those putrid backgrounds and skins.
