Here in the Azores the only place it snows is in Mount Pico, everywhere else is practically impossible to snow in these islands.

So after 2 months, he said "fuck this shit" and flew back to a warm country.

Cold weather> Hot weather. It's much easier and inexpensive to heat than it is to cool.. Just turn on a graphics intensive game(Skyrim, Bf3, even osu! @ unl frames will do). Graphics card heating my room just fine.

The second law of thermodynamics agrees with that statement. There's no limit on the efficiency you can heat with (beyond blackbody radiation) but you can't cool more efficiently than a Carnot engine.

Though when the summer hits, there is no cooling....FFFFFUUUUUUUUU-It was originally going to be used as my dads furniture/storage room, and sits on top of his house, that is inside a garage(half house/half car storage/all garage, type setup). It has no windows and moreover doesn't connect to the outside walls. At least 5 feet on every side. Game to warm myself. Open the door to cool myself.
To say it's not the type of weather to overclock would be an understatement.
