Problem Details: I think I have big ms but my game doesnt have delay soo i dont know what is this. I have 0, 30-70MS but just the
second value ( see in screenshot )

That is your frame time value, the lower the better. It simply displays how long it takes the game to render one frame.

You can calculate your FPS value from that number by using the equation 1000/ms = FPS. 0.3-0.7ms is very good, it comes out approximately to 3333-1430FPS.
