Judging by the screenshots:
- that cursor seems souspicious
- spinner note in taiko is default. To skin it, use "spinner-warning"

Sectionpass/fail aren't yours. You just edited them. That still counts as mixing. Please remove/replace them or your skin will get deletedt

its the same cursor that Azer uses it.
