Is it possible to only disable one mouse button? I keep clicking the right click by mistake, all the time and get silly misses. ;_;

I doubt that. At least I guess it is not possible in osu!. In windows maybe some 3rd party software.
I found one software that could disable one mouse button, two or even three, since I want to disable my right click button

Guess it depends on the mouse mostly. I have a G500 and disabling the right click is a possibility through drivers.
