Please make a tournament for a new player in future time so new player can have fun compete with other people.It also can help new player making friends and help to improve the player gameplay itself.

multiaccounts are one of the many reasons this can't be a thing
I've seen tourneys for 200-300k, that would be the lowest I'd go in terms of ranks though.
Reason #1 multiaccs, though at this range they are really rare
Reason #2 lack of interest, also lower ranks tend to care less about actually showing up to a tournament and they usually cant self ref because they dont know/understand the rules thus making the tourney harder to organize
In your case, gain a few more ranks and you'll find a tournament eventually.
