*in most occasion it is unnecessary, and wrong to use 1/8 beats (yellow ticks). Recheck your notes if it lies on 1/8 lines. (I'll give some examples in following modding)
and think twice before you use 1/3 beat notes. compare it between 1/3 and 1/4 if you don't know which one fits the music. use "playback rate" on lower right corner to help you to make it clear.
Never leave a white tick blank unless the music is really slow or you are making a obvious spacing.

00:20:300 (1) - move it to 00:20:250 - ，it's an example of improper 1/8 tick. shorten this slider to 00:20:350 - and add two circles 00:20:450 (2,3) - . This would fit the rhythm better Oooh, I see. You're right, it does fit better.
00:22:050 (2) - add a circle here I think this part is fine personally...
00:26:150 (7) - closer to 6 I think, or it may be unplayable moved
00:28:850 (13) - add a circle at around X:112 Y:272 and set a new combo at 00:28:050 (8) - or something else Set new combo on 00:28:250 (1) -
00:28:950 (14) - move it to X:80 Y:248 and make some adjustment on following few notes
00:34:650 - circle, and revers 00:34:750 (13) - Done
00:37:450 (1,2,3) - change this into a stream like 00:37:450 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7) - would be better imo changed into 2 circles and 2 sliders stream
00:57:650 - 01:10:850 - delete these red lines.
after that, set the first red line from 00:07:250 - to 00:00:061 -, and then Timing - Resnap all notes. this will make notes better fitting the rhythm. I really feel as if you should've put this first but noted
