Does 144 HZ really help as much as people says it does?

if youre a high performance player then probably. Itll feel uncomfortable switching to 60 from 144 though though most wont notice it too much going up. You can get good without it for sure though.
It's been a gamechanger for me. I got a hold of one not too long ago and it's ridiculous how much smoother higher ARs look now. HR farming became 100 times easier and even AR 10.3 is easier to follow now not that I'll be setting decent 10.3 scores anytime soon though. If you have the money to spend then go for it.
