Right this has been bothering me for awhile and I can't figure out what it is. My laptop with a gtx 1050 ti, i7 7700hq and 16GB ddr4 ram runs osu! at a constant 2-4ms but yet the desktop I built at home with an r9 280x, fx6300 and 8GB ddr3 ram runs osu! under 1ms, even going as far as 0.5ms on some maps. My guess is that peppy's code doesn't like gaming laptops or that gaming laptops with a Nvidia gpu have drivers that conflict in some way with the code for osu!. I was wondering if anyone here had experienced a similar issue and perhaps came up for a fix for it. It doesn't bother me in standard but it bothers me in modes like ctb and taiko since ms is very important in those modes in my opinion
