Hello, First off I would like to say that this started after I watched the #1 replay of this map's Insane difficulty on Taiko: http://osu.ppy.sh/p/beatmap?b=19232&m=1
He got many misses, and doubled his score at the end.
I wanted to report, and I might just be a tad paranoid, but the notification says that you will be punished for incorrect usage. I don't like punishment, "Iz no fun" but this replay seems like it is by a cheater, but it has been there for nearly two years. I didn't know if you were saying repeated abuse of it was bad, or just one incorrrect report.
I'm going to report it, but I put this down as; One: an appeal to clarify the "punishment" rules and Two: to pose the question if this is really two years old.
P.S.: Regarding the two year old replay, is that a common tactic, or did no one report it for nearly two years.
