Hi, can i somehow delete beatmaps that i have submitted? I have submitted two (crappy) beatmaps and now i made a new one (better one) and i'd really like to submit it, but it says that i have to wait that my 2 other ones have to get ranked or graveyarded before i can submit it. So do i have to wait about 4 weeks to be able to submit my map?

Unfortunately no, you cant, this system is in place to prevent people from submitting crappy beatmaps and submit only the beatmaps that they want to stick with and get ranked, you have a few options from here on:
1. Either wait until one of your beatmap isnt updated/receives posts in a month which will move it automatically to the graveyard
2. Get eitherof them ranked which will free a pending slot and aditionally increase your pending capacity by 1.
3. Get supporter status which has a higher limit.
