nope, but you can change the scroll direction for yourself, pretty simple.

open skin.ini file with notepad and look for [Mania] sections, each one corresponds to a specific keycount. 4k, 5k and 7k should suit your needs.

Find and change this line

UpsideDown = 0/1
0: downscroll
1: upscroll
