so...
i can request songs to spectated player
- without closing #spectator chat (main reason)
- waiting his/her finished the map (we cant check our songs if his/her quickly play another maps )

or

just not auto close #spectator when we stop spectating someone.

But i didnt see peppy respon on that thread about this feature (the spectator tab wont close when u stop spectating or spectated player goes offline).
he just disaggree about create new tab chat cointains some players and be moderated by one of them
