Problem Details:
I get frequent and consistent input lag spikes.
I have tried reverting windows 10 version and driver version and osu version with no luck. I have tried making a single profile in nvidia control panel for osu with no luck. I have tried restarts, closing everything, closing background processes that looked suspicious (but I really have no clue which process might be suspicious). These lag spikes does not affect frame rates as I can notice, but I could be wrong.
If more info is needed, please ask! And to save time, please also include where that information can be found if it is not glaringly obvious where it can be found.
The only fix found is running osu in compatibility mode, but this increased the overall input lag by 0.3ms which was noticeable.

I'm at a total loss and this sucks since Osu! is THE game for me. Is this going to be my game experience now, or can it be fixed? Please, help me!

Found out by accident that SwapBuffer was what spiked (ctrl+f11 and held in ctrl). A quick google search led me here:
t/485922/start=0

After following this step:

Second - I got rid of Virtual Memory(previously size was automatically managed by windows, apparently the fact that it was dynamic was the problem). Maybe setting it to zero is too drastic change, so setting it to a custom value may be enough(initial and maximum size should be equal). I don't reccomend users with RAM lower or equal than 4GB setting it zero, it might badly affect your system performance, so instead, try setting custom to 2048MB(initial and maximum size)

on this guide: http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/faq/id-28 ... ndows.html

the issue is resolved.
