A small suggestion.
Lower HP drain 1 or 2? It seemed to take a bit too much in HP for the difficulty. Well, since the song itself is slow, i think it's not a problem to add more challange here.
My general comment on the difficulty is that it feels... bland to play. It seems to have a lack in interesting patterns. But, nothing too major, because it's also fine as is. Sorry, i'm not good at making 'interestiong' pattern ;_;
