Yeah, IV's gritty realism was a step in the right direction for the series imo, it was just missing some good customization stuff and a bit of variety in the city and scale but was overall the better game. Ballad of Gay Tony definitely fixed and added stuff that felt missing in IV without heading back to super ridiculous levels and remaining a good balance of satire and reality. If V could top Ballad of Gay Tony and more I'll be a happy panda.
Speaking of Saints Row, I can't wait for the third one, don't see why people keep trying to compare them or pick one over another. They're both good games to have, one has crazy super villain fun that doesn't take itself seriously, and the other is a more realistic and serious experience, creates a nice balance.
