Hi guys,
hope you understand my poor English skill :P
Anyway I found my problem today,I was just playing like other days and suddenly thought my tablet area was too small.
So I went in to tablet setting, and this.

my monitor ratio was 16:9, so I was using my tablet area as 16:9 too.(9520x5355)
but as you see, I'm using dual monitor and the both screen was applyed on my tablet area,
so actually I was playing on 32:9 screen with 16:9 ratio tablet area.
here's the question
1.should I play just as I did, or change ratio and get used to it (I played with this area for like 8 months, is it too late too change?)

2.what is force proportions setting on tablet option? I mean, I know what this thing does but should I only use full area to use this option?

thanks for reading such long thing, hope I can get some help from you guys!

It's never "too late" to change areas.
If your current area feels uncomfortable, it's okay to change it.
Make it smaller, bigger, however you please.

Use whatever is comfortable, there's no "best" area, everything has its pros and cons.
People often say use the biggest area you can comfortably reach all four corners with, and I agree.

It's correct your tablet area to match your display aspect ratio.
Idk if it works in your case, but if you want to have matching display and tablet ratio maybe you can change your tablet area width 2x bigger then single display.
You can also change display area on wacom tablet properties to choose which area on your display affected by the tablet, Idk how it works since I never bother with it.

Just another thing I concern about your setting... turn off windows ink, it causes cursor latency for me.
