[Suggestion] Blur Background.

I suggest adding the option "blur background" :idea:

It would be too useful in my opinion. 8-)

I'm going to make a "FanMade" of how this option would look, and how it would affect the gameplay... :D

Do you think it's a good idea? ;)

This should be in the Feature Requests subforum.

As for the idea, aside from aesthetics, I don't see why this would be helpful since we already have the Dim Background setting.
