I'm currently at 335,638 rank and the hardest map I've completed is a 5.17 star with a C rating. I usually play maps in the 4 star ranges and 5 star because I like it fast. My average accuracy is usually 93%-94% and currently have 579pp with a top pp play of 47.

Your rank is determined by your scores not your skill, although scores are a result of your skill. My point is you're the rank you should be for the scores you have now. If you think you should have a higher rank start grinding pp maps.

The only factor in your games is you. There is no ELO hell to complain about. If it really bothers you that a little grey number is 6 digits instead of 5 then maybe farming is the perfect playstyle for you.
