I made a custom skin and there is a bug with it. Multi-digit combos are glitched and number appear out of the square. Anyone have any tips?

You mean default numbers issues from hitcircles?
You can fix this from skin.ini
Open Skin.ini from your skin folder and find this lines:
HitCircleOverlap: 0 (to 0 for normal numbers)
