Osu!mania - How to make "open-end" hold?

How do you make a hold that has a note only at the beginning but not the end?

I mean so that you hold when the note starts and release when it ends.

I see that on a lot of maps but in the editor i only have a choice to have a note both and start and end.

are you asking about Long Note? Its On The Editor , At Bottom Of Single Note , To Use It , Put It On Column U Want, Hold And Drag To Where U Want
