Please open the Event Viewer after replicating the crash and search for the error log under Windows Logs > Application.

So I got some information, it told me to go to another page thing when opening the Event Viewer so I did and I got this.

  2. Downloading graphics drivers directly from AMD's Website
  3. Updating .NET Framework from this link

Did you install any software before the crashes started occurring? Try performing a clean boot to your PC and check if the issue persists.

You might also wanna try performing a SFC scannow. To do so, open cmd and type in sfc /scannow. This will fix any corrupted registry keys and files in your system.

If that doesn't work, you can go back to a System Restore point before this issue started occurring.

Probably unrelated, but navigate to your songs folder and find any stray files or .osz files and delete them.
