[Archived] Mouse cursor freezing.

A while ago the mouse started to freeze while in game, I've looked around and I have not found any solution to this.

I'm 100% sure it's not my mouse nor my PC, I switched mice and still had this problem. And the original mouse works outside of Osu! and when it's not in the middle of a game, I have not recorded any footage, but I found a video on Youtube that shows the problem.

This is making the game unplayable, and honestly, I'm kinda pissed off.

Make sure there are no other programs running in the background while playing osu!. Try a different USB port for your mouse, and if you are using a USB hub, don't use it.

In addition to what Death suggested, make sure that no updates are running in the background and that your disk usage is not overloaded.

I am not using a USB hub, tried another port, checked if there's any updates or programs and nothing worked.

Is it just your mouse cursor that is freezing or does the whole game stop?

Try with raw input off and a 1x mouse sensitivity ingame.

It's only the mouse cursor, the game keeps going, I tried doing that before, the mouse movement was less smoother but after I played the cursor froze.
