00:22:602 - for some reason starting at combo #6 the the rest of the stream gets delayed by half a tick
01:19:156 - timing is off for this stream starting at combo #7 starting half a tick too soon

I would also recommend lowering the offset to 2718 or something close because it sounds like all the notes are being hit too late with the current offset
