Oni
00:22:002 (60) - just seems weird to go kat at that part, same thing at 00:31:602 (99) - with the impact given at 00:19:602 (51) and 00:29:202 (90) - it goes back to the same pitch, it's better to be similar. Likewise for the other kiais
00:28:827 (88) - because 00:28:152 (85) - follows the synth rather than the vocals, this note then becomes a little out of place because the rhythm switched over the music layer and is now the instrumentals, but the beat at 00:28:752 is overlooked and clashes with the vocals. Occurs in the other kiais too
00:47:052 - could use a beat here
00:53:802 (176,177,178,179,180,181,182,183,184,185) - the sequence of 2 3 3 2 like what you did at 00:44:202 (143,144,145,146,147,148,149,150,151,152) - seems to fit better, especially 00:54:702 (180,181,182) seems off
00:56:652 - could use a beat here
01:54:702 (7,8,9) - back to d d k instead? Now it's the opposite of 01:55:302 (10,11,12) - but the last 3 beats are distinctively different from 01:53:502 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9) - which repeats the same pitches, 01:55:302 (10,11,12) doesn't
davidminh's Muzukashii
00:29:202 (65) - K? Alternate like what you did before. But then comes the 2nd kiai where you did a different pattern, which somewhat suits the pitch better except for 1 note 01:22:002 (203) as the song returns to the same pitch 5 times on those places, so the last one distinctively differs from the rest
00:44:652 - could use a beat here, seems like the doubles of 00:44:202 (107,108) - is left unanswered by something to complement it
00:47:052 - likewise here as well, seems empty at the moment
00:49:602 - leaving just the vocals mapped, the strong beats on places like this and 00:51:402 - if you do not feel like having these at least have 00:50:502 mapped so the map keeps flowing
00:54:252 -could really do with a note here and at 00:56:652
01:22:002 (203) - now matching 01:31:602 (231) - but should it really? Unlike the former, the music pitch goes up at 01:31:602 (231)
01:41:202 (262) - similar to 01:22:002 (203)
01:54:402 (303) - the beat at 01:55:002 (305) should be higher up in priority to have a more distinct change in colour, as it has the same clap in the song like what you hear at 01:53:802 (301) - just slightly softer, but same nonetheless. I would say change 01:54:402 (303) to d and 01:55:002 (305) to k
Futsuu
00:27:702 (48) - rather than making it more dense here, the place at 00:28:902 seems more appropriate to have the note, leading in to the next section of the music, but currently this section is less dense. Similarly in the other kiais (01:25:302 (146) - 01:44:502 (188) - )
00:37:302 (69) - similar, or if you feel the song has become too soft just before the end of the chorus, remove. Similarly in the other kiais (01:54:102 (209) - )
00:51:702 (94) - seems more appropriate at 00:52:302 - 00:51:702 (94) just seems placed too centred in the phrase and is neither here nor there
00:55:002 (100,101) - could shift 1/2 beat forward, similar to the music section of 00:49:602 (89,90,91) -
00:57:702 - have a beat here?
01:07:002 (113,114,115,116,117,118) - pitch of 01:07:002 (113,114) - remains unchanged, those of 01:08:202 (115,116,117,118) - go down for each double notes, try to sync that with the colours as well? kk dk kd or a pattern along these lines
00:58:002 (106,107,108,109,110,111,112,113,114,115,116,117,118,119,120,121,122,123,124,125,126) - your section here is worryingly empty compared to Muzu, the density of this section does not progress well to the next difficulty, please add more notes to it
01:31:302 - could do with a note here
01:34:902 (166) - could remove, 01:36:102 (169) - does the job about intensifying and leading to the next part
01:38:502 - could add a note here, it's now the final kiai and you could try to round things up, the players have warmed up to the song and more familiar about the whole piece
Tyis' Kantan
00:14:802 (13) - k here instead? Out of all the rest, this one differs in the music compared to 00:02:802 (2,3) - 00:10:002 (8) - 00:11:202 (9,10) -
00:34:002 (17) - change to k? Likewise at 01:31:602 (17) - and 01:50:802 (39) - the music changes up here compared to the other components of similar area in the kiais
00:58:002 (16) - k instead?
01:44:802 (32) - change to k? Or change something within 01:38:802 (25,26,27) - 01:43:602 (30,31,32,33,34) - 01:48:402 (36,37,38) - or 01:53:202 (41,42,43,44,45) - there is totally no variance in pattern throughout the whole map, even in the kiai for 1/1 notes that are consecutively after each other. The map goes on monotonously. In the end, just changing up the last kiai might not help enough, but that should still be one of the most important bits to try and make it more unique to the song.
The whole Kantan only has dons on the 1st and 3rd beat, and kats on 2nd and 4th except for 2 objects which are 01:00:402 (17) and 01:05:202 (1)
I too think there needs to be a buff up, it's too empty. Example of a place to add notes is like 00:58:002 - 01:14:802 - as the Futsuu needs a boost there as well.
These are my main concerns, good luck and all the best
