The score-percent problem

I'm trying to make the score-percent move down a bit lower and I try to resize it but it doesn't help...
Anyone knows how to change the scorepercent a bit lower? ;w;

You can't make a lower. Is client specific, not a skinning. :(

Open score-percent.png and cut this transparent size with paint.net or photoshop/gimp. This % will be move to rights, not to down.
