You would have to use an external program to record like OBS. The setting you use depend on your specs
If your PC's good enough and you're gonna be recording very often, use OBS, otherwise, use NVidia Share or AMD Relive. They're both great, not very hard to run without frame drops and Share has an handy overlay (not sure if Relive does, I don't have an AMD card).
OBS is great. Have used it for years, does everything basically

For windows 10 disable equalizer since this system have problem with recording sound while eq is on for active soundcard.

I can't record at all, it just shows a black screen and osu will crash
